You know what they say, if you don't like the forecast, change the channel until you find one you like...

Not getting my hopes up until Lionel Hutz or the Hillbilly Weatherman chime in...

Anything but the Farmer's almanac.... people are aways holding it up as accurate but they mostly ignore all the times it's not.
The only "normal" people are the ones you don't know.

Lack of water....trees changing....apples hitting the ground early.....Humming birds in an eating frenzy....Bears getting stupit!.....coyotes howling.....Marsh hawk seen often, loading up.....Things are happening....TM

Mt. Washington got 15 inches yesterday! looks like about 10" from Wildcat to Sugarloaf

Is there any way to find out how much snow is at the Mansfield stake? The old web page I was using is not working

Mansfield has fast grass about halfway up, to two or three inches near the stake. This Stowe webcam link is a good resource:

whoa....Presis are getting buried! another 8 inches last night on Mt. Wash, up to 36" for the month, with a big noreaster coming Saturday. Carter Notch hut (Wildcat area) has 19" base at 3200 feet.

another 4 inches yesterday, the jet stream must be pointing directly at Mt. Washington, things will be filling in w/ another foot coming tomorrow
