Been thinking and will see if Timmy and Liz can cook up a Kingdom Tele Boy sauce....Input welcome!...However the burnt garlic and Cherry sauce is dynamite....Stowe closed yesterday?....Will be heading over there as soon as it warms up....Sun...snow....tele....Gawd!!!!.....Free to!.....And owned by the people!!!!.....Top to bottom and still tons of snow....Didn't see where Vail reduced the price to get dirtbags like us to spend money there...To high fluting I guess...We sure degrade the clientele when there!!!! Telekid said the surface at Stowe was terrible Saturday....They had groomed when it was soft then a hard freeze....Everybody had a hard time...TM

hardpack....something....crust....some mashed potatoes.....Went slow but the skis surprised me as they would come around.....Snowing most of the time and the road was a total mess...and slippery....Quiet and beautiful though....TM

John Apperson; Mount Marcy 1911; the text says they wrapped leather on their skis in lieu of skins to climb up.
Skis shown in the snow below the rock knob.

Man! That's what you call "STICKS".....Skinnier than the e99's....Those boys did good! Still over two feet up on Teleknob....Add last weeks accumulation....close to thirty inches left and no sun until Saturday....Skiing is good! TM

Hard to believe but we had @ 5 inches of powder yesterday and headed right back up and had a sweet ski....Lots of Monomarks which is being laughed at over on another site...We laugh right with them!!!!! It's tele after all....Man did Telekid have some wonderful arcs on those e99's...Wish you could see them...Beautiful!....When the speed got up and the incline steepened the skis did hit the hardpack so riding on the flat part of the ski was a must...You all ever noticed how you can angulate and manipulate the snow where it's deeper on the outside of the ski and then hold that and prolong that and it feels like riding a cloud....Anyway good ski for 4-20.....And we celebrated that also...Arc on all...TM

Sketchy skiing on a beautiful Spring day.....When the snow finally corned up (two inches on serious hardpack) skiing got good....Everything is still rounded out there and most water courses have not opened up....Boys were all on bones which slipped a bit and I on wax e109's which did well with pink and red wax...but...had to rewax a few times....Even tree wells have not departed from the trees....Good to go and getting better....Teleood...Telekid...Teleking....all skied the place out and did a super job on the bacon cheese burghers.....Pond is still totally frozen...TM

Yeah, I'd debate that. Pretty sure I've claimed that title and not been anywhere near Marcy.

You biking now Mike?.....Still lots of cover here and spoke to someone who said Stowe was totally deep and waiting...But will get a few more turns around here before heading over there....North skiing was a bit sketchy up at Telecamp with @ 30 inches...Top is corn with a crust...then some snow...then at 2 feet boilerplate....But skiing in the sun and having some brew up at Telecamp was ...real good....TM

Yeah - no trail riding yet, just getting my legs back under me. And it's been wet and snowy (but no where near enough to ski). Should get some real riding within the next week or so.

We have been riding since October; to the beach, bar, grocery store, bar, swimmin hole, bar, back woods, bar...etc . Big parade today; got invited on; and helped build, a float with all the cr@p washed in fromIRMA, that we pulled out of the lagoons, canals and manGroves. See

Do not like heat all that much...Sooo, heh, headed up to teleknob and slowly headed over to the South side and....no snow....Cruised back to the North and East where there was anywhere from ten inches to over two feet of decent corn....As I was about to start down heard crunching and a whistle....Soon Teleking appeared and all was good...Good ski down with many nice arcs had....Rock the Knob is getting better with age....From the steeps to where we park on the curve in the roas above the new bridge....Ledges are just starting to reappear....Like to -15 footers...Been rounded the entire year....As the snow melts it also gets steeper!!!!! Have not had to dodge the heat much this Spring...Figure next week will hit Mansfield....Heard in the 70's .....That will get me there and will stop at the Nordic Barn...er....Mountain opp's? Talk to him about the Ingstsat ? or the e109....Not sure yet...TM
