From Mt. Washington to Big Jay what's the scoop. BC conditions, trip reports,or a great "hidden gem".

Drove up the Mount Washington Auto Road to the 6000' parking lot and hiked over to the Great Gulf. Airplane Gully had plenty of snow with at least 1000 ft of vertical before it got bushy. Very few rocks showing---I think this will be good skiing for another few weeks. Also checked out the East Snowfields. At least 500 ft of vertical there, and again not many rocks showing.
