Skinned up the Kinsman Ridge trail from the tram base, then dropped into South Bowl at the saddle between Cannon and the eastern sub peak. Conditions were difficult with a mix of krummholz, rocks, and sticky snow. The streambed ski out would have been fantastic if not for the sticky snow. Crossed under the highway at Lafayette Place and climbed up Lincoln's Throat to about 4500' before heading back down. Conditions in Lincoln's Throat were fantastic, although there is a point near 4000' that has several rocks very close to the surface or poking through the snow. A few more warm days and that section might not be passable.
