The hill picked up a bunch of snow and the conditions were phenomenal. All of the runs off the summit were top to bottom with the softest most forgiving bumps I have ever experienced at WaWa. I got there at 4:00 while the day time crowd was heading out and enjoyed near deserted conditions until about 7:00. By then the after work/evening crowd was showing in force. The steep bits on 10th Mtn. and Smith were scraped bare, the lift lines were long and there were just too many people on the runs. I toughed it out until they groomed 10th and surfed two runs of courderoy before I got tired of competing in Boarder Cross.

This morning's groom must have been spectacular.
