momentary blip

Postby Biff » Mon Nov 27, 2017 7:31 am

Anyone that came on and saw that the domain name had expired... sorry about that. It was paid for so not sure why the problem.

My plan is to keep on keeping on until or unless all interest disappears. So... stay interested!!

Carry on.

Sad, but true. Everyone in town here is kind of shocked, we all assumed Andrew if anyone could make brick and mortar retail endure. If Onion River goes under, who's next? Anyway Cow, your next best bet for Nordic is probably the Ski Rack, in terms of inventory and (mostly) knowledgeable staff. There are some good people there, but also a lot of stoned UVM students who don't really know what they're doing. You'll figure out pretty quickly whether you've got one or the other. If you really want world-class nordic service, get a hold of Zach Caldwell at caldwellsport.com, but you'll pay for it.

The two are tangentially related, Ibex was a big supplier to Onion River.

Well heck. That's sad. Have a bunch of Ibex stuff that I like. This isn't a trend, it's just the normal coming and going of businesses? Right? :|

Yes, it is. Now owned by Kip and Jen Roberts, who are very good people. If anyone wants to help them out:
